Clean Smile, Inc. was formed in late 2004 after its founder, Anton D. Glassco, discovered that his products would become ever increasingly popular. Starting from his home office in North Little Rock, AR he was able to form a new innovative business.

Clean Smile, Inc. files $120 million civil rights complaint against the state of Arkansas in U.S. District Court on 7-18-2011.

Clean Smile, Inc. awarded 2007 MBE of the Year (under 5 years) by AMMBC (Arkansas-Mississippi Minority Supplier Business Council)
